These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services, products, and digital offerings provided by Blaire Thomas / Vesper Aura, accessible via blairewitchyfairy.com and any associated platforms.

By purchasing a service, course, session, or product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from purchasing or engaging with the services offered.

1. Services Offered

Vesper Aura offers energetic, spiritual, and intuitive services including (but not limited to):

  • Soul Archetype Readings (sliding scale options available)

  • The Sacred Success Spellbook

  • Sacred Success Mentorship

  • Branding & Creative Consulting

  • Digital products, including downloadable and interactive content

  • Curated affiliate shop links (via Amazon)

These services are provided by Blaire Thomas in a sacred, intuitive, and creative context, blending modalities such as astrology, human design, numerology, tarot, channeled guidance, and energetic insight.

2. Nature of Services

All offerings are intended for educational, personal growth, and spiritual exploration purposes only. These are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial services, nor are they substitutes for professional advice.

You are responsible for your own choices and interpretations of the information shared during sessions and through digital content.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Payment is processed securely via third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, GHL).

  • Sliding scale options for Soul Archetype Readings include:

    • $88 — Report Only

    • $144 — Report + Video Recording

    • $222 — Full Report + 1:1 Live Call

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the work — energetic, intuitive, and delivered digitally or live — all sales are final and non-refundable.

You are purchasing a service, not a tangible product. Once the session or digital product has been delivered or prepared, refunds are not possible.

In rare situations (e.g., emergencies), rescheduling may be accommodated at Blaire’s discretion. Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

If you do not show up to a scheduled session without notice, your booking will be forfeited.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials shared through services (PDFs, recordings, documents, meditations, etc.) are the intellectual property of Blaire Thomas / Vesper Aura and are for your personal use only.

You may not reproduce, share, publish, or use any part of the materials for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

6. Client Conduct

This work is sacred and delivered with care. By booking, you agree to engage respectfully and in alignment with the energy of mutual trust, consent, and spiritual integrity. Disruptive, harmful, or abusive behavior will result in termination of services with no refund.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have an issue or concern with your session or purchase, please contact [email protected] directly before initiating a dispute.

Chargebacks filed after services are fully delivered (including video calls, digital reports, or downloadable content) are considered a violation of these Terms. Vesper Aura reserves the right to submit all relevant materials (including client communications and service records) in dispute resolution processes.

8. Privacy Policy

Your information is kept confidential and will never be sold, shared, or used outside the scope of your session or digital purchase. For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

9. Legal

Vesper Aura is currently a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Blaire Thomas. As such, all services are rendered under that structure. Formal LLC status is forthcoming and does not impact the validity of these Terms.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • You’re at least 18 years old

  • You’re engaging voluntarily

  • You accept full responsibility for your own interpretations and actions
